Thank you for your interest in scheduling an evaluation with The Neuropsychology Center of St. Louis. A neuropsychological evaluation is a time-intensive endeavor, typically requiring 12-20 hour of the clinician's time. As such, each new patient requires a significant amount of coordination between the clinician, patient/family and psychometrician. In order to reduce wait times and increase our ability to offer timely service to new patients, we require a $300 non-refundable deposit in order to secure your appointment. If you decide to not proceed with your evaluation after it has been scheduled and confirmed, this payment is non-refundable. If you decide to proceed with the evaluation, this payment will be deducted from your final balance. We do not hold appointments for more than 24 hours.
